Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Paintings
  • Prints
  • Sculptures
  • Custom orders
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email info@theexoticwoods.com with your order number.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label. ($9.95)

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures your preferred item doesn’t sell out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theexoticwoods.com, and we’ll take care of it.
