Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed between between December 20 - January 1 will ship within 10 business days due to travel.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
  • Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options (when available) are shown at checkout.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and service.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping Issues

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly first.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
